Day #59

Today,
I apologized to my kids for being kind of "nasty" last week.
I was trying to explain how I love them like a mother,
and sometimes when you care so much about someone, you can get angry.
I was trying to connect it to them caring after younger siblings, and how you just want to protect them.
I asked them for their forgiveness,
and they said they forgive me.
I was attempting to explain my actions further and how I would be different,
but our sweetheart Karrington raised her hand and asked,
"Can we get back to learning now?"
I accepted their forgiveness and moved on.
