8/4/13 - 8th day here!
I live in Detroit now! Been too busy and too without Internet and too on the go to write but now I have a second as a sit in the Roasting Plant. First, I want to say downtown is beautiful. I love the Riverwalk. It is so quiet and peaceful. It's good for me. Two, my housing situation is in flux right now. I found something much better let's just say. Third, I don't feel alone very often here which is awesome. There are so many people ready to talk to me, hang out with me, care about and love me. Fourth, this is all so NEW. This is my NEW LIFE and it's awesome! Fifth, I start work tomorrow. Tomorrow is also a big day for a couple other reasons I might touch on directly later. Sixth, I love my new friend Amira. I met her at induction and we had one of those nights back in June you feel you might not ever reach again in glory haha. But we can try. She just came and joined me here. Seventh (lastly for this quick post): here are some pictures!

ReplyDeletethanks Karmen!! The studio is my friends place but I actually just moved into those lofts!! All the other pics were my first apartment. Crazy that in a little over one week, I'm already in my second place haha. The studio is the right fit so that's why I left :) I'll be sure to post with photos of that place too!!
